About the Evening Workshops*
Our mixed gender workshops focus on the cultivation of intimacy and sexual polarity, through an integration of knowledge and practice that you can use in your life right away.
In these workshops you will :
• Learn how your body is both an expression and a vehicle of your capacity to love
• Enhance your strength and sensitivity to connect with others through a greater range of being
• Stretch your bandwidth of personal expression and exploration for the sake of brilliant love
• Develop your technical yogic capacities in a safe and supportive environment
• Feel through your self into the heart-body of others and the world
• Engage your energetic capacities in a manner that opens your self and others more fully
• Discover the potential of your own artistic passion in relation to loving another
About the Weekend Workshops*
Intimacy, like any human activity, can be cultivated, practiced, and deepened. Brought alive through sexuality, intimacy can be an endless dance of awe, ecstasy, awakening, and love.
This 2 1/2 day workshop will provide some of the fundamentals for establishing your intimacy practice, laying a foundation for richer explorations of sexual opening.
The days will contain some basic theory to soothe your cognitive needs, with the majority of the time dedicated to bodily practice in relationship to another. Some of your edges will be pushed, some of your patterns stretched, yet all of your heart will be involved, as you discover more about your range of intimate capacity and offering.
*These workshops welcome both men and women, singles and couples. You will be relating with many individuals of the opposite gender for the sake of practice. There is no nudity, nor explicit sexual touching in the workshops. We are dedicated to the highest degree of safety, clarity, and integrity for all workshop participants.
