The entrance to the property is a large gate with metal stars beyond the “Dead End” sign. The gate will be open 30 minutes before the beginning of each session.
The location is about 15 minutes by car from Downtown Ojai in the Upper Ojai Valley. Please let us know if you need a ride share during the event and we will connect you accordingly. Plan at least 2 hours for arrival from Los Angeles. Please make sure that you arrive at least 30 minutes early, so you can check in and make yourself familiar with the surroundings.
The studio is air-conditioned, please make sure that you come dressed in comfortable loose layers, so you can sit as well as move. The studio is barefoot only. We will be doing exercises standing, or sitting opposite a partner on back jacks. Cushions and blankets are provided. Should you need any extra seating, please let us know any special needs in advance, or bring whatever you require.
The property has its own, high quality, deep well water, so feel free to bring a bottle or canteen to fill during the event. We will provide you with snacks and teas, should you have any additional dietary needs, Rainbow Bridge in Ojai has a great selection of health foods and supplements. There are no stores or restaurants in the Upper Valley. We typically provide ample time for meals with given assignments and for the one-day events we supply a healthy, organic, locally grown lunch.
