Two words that describe it for me: LIFE CHANGING. It was what I needed, what I’ve been longing for. My feminine was so embraced and nurtured in beautiful surroundings and every participant gifted me with an experience that has truly allowed me to embody me. To be. Me. I felt reset. I felt like I’ve never felt and from this point on there is no turning back. Yes, there are temporary moments … and now I have practices to help me respond to the wisdom my body carries.
Michaela Is awesome! A great teacher of woman’s practice, taking us to new places in our bodies and hearts. She is artful in her instruction, sensitive with feeling into her students and discerning and intelligent with her responses. She is a master of her time, passing along ancient teaching with heart and wisdom.
I cannot speak highly enough about the work that Michaela and Steve offer. As someone who has studied and taught dance for most of my life, learning from Michaela and Steve, and doing the Non-Linear practices feels profoundly different to anything I’ve experienced before. To explore sensitivity and sensations though the body without force or imposition has been quite life changing, actually. Not only are the Non-Linear practices deepening my own creative processes as a dancer, they are also changing the ways in which I resource myself and navigate my life.
