In this immersion you will receive brand new material as well as new experiential practice sessions, which we’ve especially created for the theme of this retreat and its unique retreat location:

You will receive never-before offered flavor demonstrations and transmissions with Michaela, which will be facilitated and supported by Steve. In these sessions we will use the principles of resonant learning, as you move with and learn from Michaela as well as each other.

We have exclusive use of our retreat location, which allows for a true immersion while providing the space to de-escalate and relax within an incredibly beautiful natural environment.

In addition to the main schedule, you will have the opportunity to participate in optional daily individualized practice instruction from Steve James.

You will have the opportunity to receive personalized feedback from Michaela throughout the retreat and participate in Q&A’s and group processes.

Expanding Your Repertoire

We each have our own specific flavor of the feminine. No two women are alike. As we relax into our natural flow, who we are as a flavor unfolds and infuses our actions and our life. A flavor is a bit like a unique combination of spices. Some women feel cool and soothing, some women are hot and spicy.  

You can look at flavors as expressions of nature or as archetypes. They present themselves on a scale from light to dark. 

Here are a few examples:

Nature flavors could include: “Morning Dew,” “The Ocean,” “Thunderstorm and Lightning,” and “Tornado.”

Archetypal flavors could include: “Erotic Innocence,” “Cheerleader,” “Queen,” “Femme Fatale,” and “Dominatrix.” 

We naturally resonate with some of these flavors, and we are intimidated or repelled by others. For the sake of full feminine embodiment, it is interesting to expand your repertoire of feminine flavor expressions— not because who you are is “not good enough,” but because, “Why not?” 

You would not want just one pair, or one color of shoes, would you? Having an embodied repertoire of expression adds fun and range to who you are. It also infuses a different flavor into intimacy and play.

This 5-Day Immersion begins on April 10, 2024 and ends on April 14, 2024 
in Venus Bay, Victoria Australia.
April 10 | Day 1: Check in starts at 10am - Day & evening programing - Extended hours
April 11 | Day 2:  Day & evening programing - Extended hours
April 12 | Day 3:  Day & evening programing - Extended hours
April 13 | Day 4:  Day & evening programing - Extended hours
April 14 | Day 5:  Day programing, ends with lunch at 1pm 

Due to the nature of the material and the special location, this retreat is by application and open to a very limited number of 18  participants. 

Accommodations are *not* included, there are various vacation rentals that can be rented and/or shared within walking distance. We can connect you for shared room and transportation options.

Our communal meals are prepared by a private chef and are optional. We will provide you with details and pricing upon application.

 NOTE: If you are entitled to a 50% discount via your study group participation, discount will apply to retreat *only* at check out – food is not discounted.

Location

Our venue is a secluded private residence situated on the inlet, with direct access to the water, groves of tea trees and several practice areas. 

We will utilize the wild nature, immerse with the elements and enjoy the spectacular sunsets as part of our retreat experience.

A vital part of this retreat are the communal meals as well as various nature based explorations, which support the nervous system and with it facilitate deeper practice.

Accommodations

Venus Bay has many vacation rental options near the retreat venue. We will provide recommendations and connections to share rentals as there are many large homes that are perfect for sharing, which makes accommodations very affordable.

Travel to Venus Bay

Venus Bay is around 2 hours drive from Melbourne, along the South Gippsland Highway.
The closest major airport to the retreat venue is Melbourne Airport (~200km).
Rental cars & ride shares are options or a combination of buses, taxis and car services are also available.

Who can attend?

There are no prerequisites for this course, anyone is welcome to apply. This is free-standing material, previous experience with our work is not required.  

The exercises and practices in this course can be adjusted to individual health and fitness levels. This course material is also suitable for all stages of pregnancy.
