Cancellation Policies



General Events Policy:

Attendees may cancel any workshop up to 2 weeks before the event for a refund less any credit card or Paypal processing fees. Cancellations within two weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable, but attendees may transfer the entire fee, one time, to another event within one year from the date of the cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable and in this case transfers are only possible if we are able to fill your spot with another participant.

Teacher Training Policy:
Please note that due to the over-subscribed and high-commitment nature of our Teacher Training Programs, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations after 30 days before the training start date. Where trainings have multiple modules the training start date is defined as the first day of the first module.

All cancellations before 30 days are subject to a 10% non-refundable administration fee.

Hosted and Third-Party Events:
Events hosted by third parties have their own cancellation policies. Please reach out to them directly for details or contact us here with questions.

Private Sessions:
Phone/Skype Sessions: Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice are non-refundable. In-house or private Ojai Studio Intensive session fees and cancellations are agreed upon appointment.
