At the intersection of Intimacy and Embodiment lies a vast treasure trove of explorations.
Only when we are able to feel our own inner landscape – the space within, comprised of sensations, emotions and the accompanying thoughts – are we truly able to feel and connect with others.
True Intimacy starts with your connection to yourself, the ability to listen and adequately respond to the messages of your body, which allows you to be fully available for true, unguarded connection and also set proper boundaries when needed.
From that same ground of feeling comes the ability to source pleasure, aliveness and vitality as well as intuition and empathy.
In this day-long event you will experience new practices and explorations to connect deeply with yourself and others. From this place of heightened awareness you can awaken vitality, aliveness and enjoyment through the body.
Our capacity for opening into enjoyment, intimacy and pleasure is often capped by our ability to relax and open the body while meeting sensations. Simultaneously we can deepen and develop capacity and skill when it comes to bringing the entire body alive and available.
We will be exploring the building blocks of full-bodied enjoyment, aliveness and pleasure – from sensitizing to releasing old closures and habits, from bringing all senses alive to sourcing potent internal vitality, from increasing capacity for pleasure to bringing your enlivened body into relationship with others.
This event is for everyone who wants to learn tools for joyous embodiment, vitality and full-bodied engagement, both for yourself, your chosen partners and as an offering to the world at large.
You will engage in guided exercises, embodiment practices, group and partnered processes as well as have a chance to have your specific questions answered in a live Q&A.
Through a series of solo explorations, partnered processes, considerations and somatic movement you will be guided in rich explorations that allow you to step freshly and fully into your life.
This event can be combined with Saturday’s Women’s Day at a discounted rate. You can find the options in the drop down menu at check out.
